This is a beautiful single family home in the Skansie Pointe housing development in Gig Harbor. It is ~15 minutes from downtown Tacoma and ~25 from downtown Bremerton. The current lease ends in September. Price is all-in.
Whoever is moving in would have two entire bedrooms (bordered in red in the photo above) with both closets and a full bathroom to his/herself with shared access to the rest of the common spaces.
