We have an active lifestyle here, with as much or as little involvement as you wish. The clubhouse has a wealth of activities, a pool & shuffle board, & golf. The price as listed includes $100 Utilities for now, and an additional $675 deposit is required. I'm a 73 year old semi- retired Artist & writer (now), with a friendly service dog who may 'adopt' you, only if you'd like.
