Available starting April 1, 2026 Furnished individual room and shared full bath available for rent in 3 bedroom 2.5 bath twin home located just east of Douglas County Fair Grounds in Castle Rock with easy access to I-25, shopping, restaurants, and outdoor recreation activities. This private bedroom measures 10’ x 10’ and comes furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside shelves with bedside lamps, 10” memory foam Mattress and bed frame includes four large drawers for under bed storage. Rent is $750 plus an additional $100 per month to cover utilities, Streaming services and High Speed Internet. Profession House cleaning every 2 weeks. Common areas includes a spacious open floor plan on main level featuring the kitchen, dining table, living room and half bath. Patio door off the kitchen onto the deck provides an amazing scenic view of the front range & the Rock. Dart board and Ping Pong table is located in the cozy unfinished walkout basement. Washer and dryer are located on the top floor close to bedrooms. Credit & Background check will be required. First month's rent plus security deposit equal to a half month's rent will be due at signing of the lease ($750 rent + $375 security deposit + $100 utilities = $1,225 total). Security deposit refunded upon lease termination if all lease agreements are met and property is free of damage. No additional pets allowed & no smoking of any kind on premises. About current roommates: Male early 40s, in my free time traveling and or exploring all Colorado has to offer with my 2 Weimaraners (8yrs. & 6 yrs. old). While not home my fur babies are contained in their crate / play pen. Work full time, only in the home approx. half the week due to travel. Female Roommate, early 20s works full time, respectful, tidy, friendly. Enjoys the outdoors. Ideal roommate will be a dog person who is comfortable w/ large breed dogs that love to give kisses & cuddle. Discounted rent offered in exchange for pet sitting as needed
