Hi! I’m looking for a housemate starting May 1 for my 2 bed / 2 bath condo in Long Beach. The condo is one block from the beach and has great natural light, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking. It’s a cozy, calm home and a great place to relax after work. About me: I’m a nurse who works long shifts, so home is my place to recharge. I keep a clean, comfortable space and appreciate the same from a housemate. I’m friendly and easygoing but also pretty independent. Outside of work I enjoy workouts, beach walks, baking, and spending time with friends. Looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful who values a peaceful home environment.
