I am looking for 2 other [REDACTED] with for the 2026-2027 school year. It’s a townhome with 3 floors, 4bd 2bath. The first floor is the kitchen and living room, downstairs is 2 beds with a bathroom, and the top floor is the same layout!! The initial rent amount is $525 a month, not including utilities, but if you are in any RSO's there will be a $25 deduction every month! Please message me if you are in SERIOUS need of an apartment! Rent does start in April!
