The sublet is for 3 months starting late May or early June (flexible on move-in dates, and open to someone moving in before June.) The unit is within walking distance of both Caltrain and BART, making commuting easy and convenient, with a quick and easy commute to San Francisco. The apartment is also close to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. One parking spot is included, and the complex offers shared washer and dryer facilities on-. We’re looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and tidy, and who will help maintain a clean and comfortable shared living space. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a female roommate who works in biotech Monday through Friday. She is respectful, clean, and responsible, and values a tidy and comfortable home environment. There is also a friendly cat in the apartment.
