A bright, private room on the ground floor becomes free after 8 March. It has its own entrance and comes fully equipped with:
Air‑conditioning and ceiling fan
Built‑in wardrobe
Choice of a single bed + desk or a queen‑size bed

Shared Spaces:
Kitchen and bathroom (shared with just one other roommate)
Laundry area and TV lounge (both on the ground floor)

Amenities:
Pool
All utilities—including high‑speed internet—are covered in the rent
Access to Disney + and Amazon Prime subscriptions

Only a 5‑minute walk to beautiful Eimeo Beach,

Ideal Tenant
Our preference would be a female tenant or a couple, as the other ground‑floor resident is a female university student.
