Currently only 1 bedroom occupied in furnished 4-bedroom apartment with 4 bathrooms and a shared living space - Grandmarc Clemson. 15 mins walk to Campus, located on CatBus Gold route. Easy to bike to campus - 5 mins. Room is currently unoccupied, available for rent immediately. The other 3 rooms will most likely be vacant after the first week of May.
