$1,400/month for both – private bath + bonus office/den setup (utilities included) Month-to-month to start so we can make sure it’s a good fit, with longer lease option available once we know it’s a great match. Flexible move-in. We are about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Denver. Private driveway parking and fenced yard. The animal kingdom: One Goldendoodle + the miniature schnauzer high command keeping a watchful eye. Cats likely not a great fit. Rooms can be partially furnished or unfurnished. One bedroom has a well-loved rug that can be removed if preferred. Walkable to groceries, close to RTD 38 & 44. New appliances coming soon. Home shared with one working professional (licensed massage therapist and EMT) who values a calm, clean, low-drama environment. Friendly but independent vibe — kitchen chats welcome, no pressure.
