Shared one bedroom apartment. The living space can be used as an open bedroom. Located one street over from downtown and within walking distance to the beach. The space has dividers for privacy. Looking to share the space with another gay unassuming or accepting male, who is relatively quit. The space is used as a refuge from work and social life. I’m pretty easy going, but do enjoy a clean maintained environment. Prefer someone younger just starting out.
