Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2BR (debatably 3BR) apartment in Hoboken.

🏠 The Apartment:
* Rent: $ per month if its me and one other person ($ total)
* Security Deposit: $
* Utilities: Split
* Lease: Until , willing to sublet but prefer someone to join the lease (Landlord would need to approve you)
* Laundry: Wash and fold across the street
* Parking: Park and Garden Hoboken nearby
* Pets: I have an ESA dog, if you have a pet they just need to get along

The place is largest and least expensive I was able to find within a minute commute to my job in Times Square.. The available rooms are not furnished, the rooms available are smaller so I assumed I’d add one person to the lease but theoretically could add 2 if you are ok with tiny railway rooms.

I’m a woman. I’m work in Broadway General Management. I’m tidy, respectful and down to be friends or just roomies. I enjoy meditation, yoga, playing with my dog, exploring the city, and consuming media (currently watching Bridgerton, reading my friends by Fredrick Backman, and listening to Hayley Williams and Sabrina Carpenter)

I like to keep common areas organized and I’m respectful of noise during weeknights.
