Hiii Point Loma / OB / SD community! looking for a twenty-something male sub tenant!

I’m a -year-old living in Ocean Beach with another -year-old roommate. My lease runs through June , and I’m looking for someone to take over my spot as soon as April 1 with flexibility to take over as late as as late May 1.

The Place is a:
- bath
- in unit washer/dryer
- new appliances
- parking available (yes 😅you read that right)

It’s a great spot for someone relocating to SD, doing a contract job, internship, or just wanting a month or two near the beach. My roommate is incredibly laid-back, clean, and respectful, also a working professional.
