We've really enjoyed renting this space out over the years to college students, professionals, and a few newlyweds.

There are two tenants in the two rooms upstairs who both work full time, are quiet, respectful, and super chill, and are looking forward to their next great roommate. They enjoy cooking, playing DND, artsy things, etc. Also, there is a cute GSD dog who stays upstairs and is super friendly and will always make you smile.
