Hi, my name is Chloe. I am a -year old grad student. I am looking for someone to rent out our basement bedroom with a private bathroom fromJuly (Can be flexible on move in and move out if needed). The room includes a walk in closet and a cute office nook perfect for studying or working from home. Shared kitchen, street parking, and shared game room space for hanging out with a shuffleboard table. :) You’ll be sharing the house with two roommates (a CSU alum and a current CSU graduate student). We also have a well-behaved dog. Great location: bus stop nearby + Spring Creek Trail down the street (easy ride/walk straight to campus).
