Looking for a roommate female/male

Hi I’m looking for a female or male to rent out private room + have access to the house. Room is large bedroom come with large closet ’ wide space, large dresser, bookshelf and nightstand with lamp, and a queen size bed. I do have the bedding for the queen bed but you would need to bring your own pillows and bath towels.
It’s a 2 bedroom bungalow with a basement, I’ll be staying in the other room. I have a large kitchen , a large bathroom on main floor, as well as a big backyard acre by ’. Able to use fire pit when weather is appropriate.
I have a large basement lounge area a ”tv tube tv if you wanted to use it.
You have access to to couch on main floor but limited access at times.
I have two dogs and an indoor cat all animals are friendly
Would need to share all kitchen supplies , Utensils, stove fridge and laundry room located in downstairs I have a washroom down there just no shower. Upstairs washroom has shower and bath for jacuzzi .
