We are offering a room inside a structured shared living home. This is not a traditional apartment rental. This is a supportive housing program designed for individuals who desire a peaceful stable and respectful environment. Our home is ideal for seniors on retirement income, individuals on disability or fixed income, individuals, rebuilding stability, and quiet adults seeking a clean structure home. We also serve veterans, seniors, returning citizens, and underserved populations. The goal of the home is to help residence, maintain stability routine in a safe place to live. The home is fully furnished with shared common areas. Utilities are included, house expectations, structure is required, quiet environment, and respectful co-residence.

This is not a landlord tenant lease and participants are entering a housing program agreement. Cooperation with house expectations, cleanliness and respectful behavior towards others in the home.
