DM me on IG if —— We are looking for a female roommate (mid-to-late s) to join our true bath apartment in Stuytown starting this Spring/Summer. We have some flexibility on the move-in date between May and August through May .
Our building is on the th floor (with an elevator!) and has a great mix of families and young people. It’s a quiet, respectful community with laundry in the building and dishwasher in-unit. Like a 3min walk to the L + TJs + Whole Foods.
The Room:
Space: ft with a big closet and windows (shown with full sized bed)
Rent: $ /month.
Utilities: $/month (fixed Stuytown fee) + wifi

About Us: Two friends who grew up together and have been in NYC for about 5 years. We both work hybrid corporate jobs (3x week in office), work out before or after work, and cook/watch reality TV on weeknights. On weekends, we like to lay around on the couch and host the occasional pre-game or dinner before going out. We’re big on a chore chart and love a clean space.
