Looking for a queer friendly roomie to move in March 1st! Move in date flexible. Private bath plus covered parking spot. On laundry. I have one cat so you must be okay with that. I am open to having another pet, preferably a cat/rabbit/reptile since my kitty is a lil nervy but she misses having a furry friend! No smoking 🍃 as it is apt complex rules and they’re very adamant about it, I don’t mind vaping though. Must be ok with semi-frequent guests as I have a partner and take occasional nail clients. Cleanliness and consideration is key. I’m looking to really connect with someone and be friends so creatives are a plus or like minded individuals who love to nerd out and explore LA.
