Furnished bedroom available in my two-bedroom house. There is a king-sized bed and a dresser in the room, as well as a large closet. The place is colorful, creative, and very quiet, with a good-sized yard full of trees. There's extra space in the garden beds if you're into planting or gardening.

Off-street parking is available, and there's extra storage if you need it. I also have an extra kayak you're welcome to borrow. The house is conveniently located with easy interstate access and a main bus line just a couple blocks away.
Internet is included in the rent.
Utilities (electric, water) are split evenly each month.
No dogs, sorry. Other pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
