ROOM FOR RENT IN MY PRIVATE HOME:

Room #/mo including utilities. Fully furnished spare bedroom that features hardwood floors and a lot of natural light. Full size bed, two dressers, and a bookshelf.

Shared spaces: kitchen, living room, lower level family room, laundry room, and one full bathroom (shared).

Utilities Include: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, and internet.

Location: West End Davenport just blocks from the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, grocery, gas, & public transportation.

Parking: on street parking on busy road. Snow route.

Public Transportation: city bus stop located down the block at Telegraph.

Pets: Not allowed. I have three very happy kitties. I’ve tried in the past allowing pets and it just hasn’t worked out. Even if you have an ESA critter, it will NOT be allowed. I have a disability and can & will not bring on undue stress to myself so let’s avoid an issue.

Length of lease: month-to-month. I like to rent month-to-month because life happens &/ or if either party is unhappy at any time, we can go our separate ways. NO DEPOSIT! Only a cleaning fee of $.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, CashApp, , Venmo, & Zelle.

About the roomies:
Homeowner Holly - /Female MS Warrior w/ 3 happy cats (all female). Full time day shift job. Due to MS I have my medical so cannabis friendly & cooler temperatures is a must. Heat agitates my MS so I have to keep my home cool (°).
Roomie #’s) with son visiting occasionally. We keep to ourselves and love peace, quiet, and clean surroundings.

I am cannabis and LGBTQ+ friendly.
