A 5 minute walk takes you to Santa Clara Farmer’s Market, Santa Clara Post Office, the shops and restaurants at Franklin Square, Santa Clara Senior Center, Mission Branch Library, City Plaza Park, and more. A minute walk takes you to Santa Clara University, Mission Santa Clara, Santa Clara Caltran Station, and Safeway Supermarket. A minute drive takes you to the San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) and to Costco Wholesale.
I restore vintage Mercedes-Benz cars in the detached, two-car garage and workshop. I like growing organic heirloom tomatoes, and the fruit trees are very productive. You are welcome to enjoy some fresh seasonal harvest. We have a small Yorkshire Terrier named Reese, He likes everyone, does not shed, and is always clean. We also have a cat named Thor, who is the same kind of thoughtful, considerate housemate.

There is unlimited and unrestricted parking—wash your car on the driveway, if you wish! The ground floor laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and drier, double sink, and iron. Enjoy use of the sq.ft. patio and pergola; gas BBQ; outdoor lighting; glass/iron table, banquet tables with benches. The shared bath features an ornate Victorian clawfoot tub with Kohler bath fixtures. Wi-Fi, ethernet, water, sewer, trash, gas and electric (you pay a portion of the utility bill).
We are flexible on the move-in date, terms, and rental amount for the right person.
