Need a Nice Place to Live?

Looking for ONE considerate roommate to rent room in my 3 bedroom condo. $ rent includes private bedroom with large closet, shared bathroom (with one man), washer/dryer, kitchen access (Light cooking only)wifi and cable hookup in room. Condo is in gated community with plenty of parking. We are close to Bart, freeways and downtown shopping. Amenities include hot tubs, gym, tennis courts, ping pong and pool tables.
My roommate and I are both full time working professionals who are respectful, very clean and kind.
Looking for the same in roommate . Male or female doesn't matter. House is very clean and harmonious This is not a party house ( we do that elsewhere).
Rent is $ security deposit upon move in. Utilities are split 3 ways ( keeps it low that way). Please inquire if interested. Looking forward to meeting you. Room available March 1st. No couples please.
