Room for rent

Renting out the 2nd bedroom with private attached bath and walk-in closet in my first floor, 2 bedroom apartment. The bathroom connects to the hallway closet with washer and dryer. That door can be locked if you choose. The room is semi-furnished with a twin mattress, box spring, curtains, a tall dresser, side table, mirror, vanity, lamp and chair. I am willing to remove furniture if that is an absolute necessity. Ceilings are extra high, big window with lots of natural sunlight.
The apartment is occupied by myself, female and my daughter. We are clean, respectful and we've had roommates before. We like to blast music and do art projects but we have common courtesy and can work around another person. I vape inside (nicotine), other than that I'm sober. Totally fine with alcohol in the house, just no hard drugs.
All utilities included in monthly rent; electricity, gas, water, trash, fiber, apartment fees, as well as use of the gym, pool and hot tub. Mailboxes on . Parking lot is first come first serve. Valet trash. Looking for a decent human to share our space.
