Looking for a friendly individual to share a 2-story condo that is in South Vero Beach. The condo is semi-furnished. The bedrooms are on the second story. You have a private bedroom with a balcony off the bedroom and bathroom (they are right next to each other). Pets are allowed: lbs. total. I have no pets, but I am a huge animal lover. I am quiet, and I understand personal space. I like arts & crafts, movie nights, listening to music, conversations, reading sci-fi/fantasy, and being outdoors. Looking for someone to be friends with, if that is what the roommate would like. I am a non-smoker and would like my roommate to be that way as well. I drink on occasion. I do not party and looking for someone who is the same way or keeps it outside the condo. Don't really have guests over often and can be a homebody. 7 minutes from the beach, and close to some resturants/shopping.
