Seeking roommate for March - July , with the possibility to extend!

This Cap Hill apartment is in a historic house converted into separate apartments. There is a two-lock entry system for extra security. Tenants throughout the house are quiet, neat, and friendly, so looking for someone who matches the vibe! We share areas like the porch, backyard, laundry room, and second floor landing area.

The available room is in Apt. 5, located in the attic of the building. There are three sets of stairs to get to our apartment, with the entry door measuring ~ inches wide.

You will need to pay a $ security deposit before move in. They are leaving the AC unit, and bed frame (no mattress) for the next tenant. Internet is $/month/tenant
