I’m looking for a room to rent ASAP! My budget is $ a month with utilities included. My daughter would be with me days of the week. She’s very well behaved :) she will be 3 at the end of March. I am off work currently due to a broken finger but I would be willing to pay a few months upfront, I’d pay utilities as they come.
