Room available in a 2-bedroom apartment – looking for replacement roommate

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of a 2-bedroom apartment lease. Due to a family emergency, I need to move back to Chicago and have to end my lease early.

The apartment is shared with one female roommate who is years old, sweet, respectful, and easy to live with. She does not have any pets and keeps the space clean and calm. The apartment is well maintained and in a safe area.

This would be a roommate replacement and would be subject to landlord approval. Move-in timing is flexible.
