Shared common areas (kitchen/living room/dining) and large back/front yard. Common areas are furnished. Bedroom is unfurnished. Washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of storage and parking.

Utilities split between roommates (approximately $ dollars per month). Deposit would be equal to first months' rent. Length of lease is negotiable.

Currently, the other two rooms are occupied - coed roommates. Current occupants are responsible and respectful.

Current roommates have dogs. All applicants must be dog friendly. No smoking allowed inside of the house.
