We have a furnished, spacious bedroom opening up March 1st (flexible) in our BA house in Reseda, CA. This is a short-term sublet with the possibility to extend.

Rent: $/month + utilities

About the home:
Located in a quiet residential area with lots of easy street parking. The house has a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. You’ll be living with a friendly mix of guys and girls in their s. The bathroom is shared with just one other person. We also have a small dog and a cat, so pet-lovers are a plus!

About you:
We’re hoping to find someone respectful, tidy, and financially stable. Creatives and artists welcome. and LGBTQ+ friendly household.
