Hello,
Rusty here, yo male, gainfully employed, responsible, tidy, stable, chill, outgoing ect.
Looking for roommates to hopefully share a LARGE house in NE Portland right on the Columbia river.
bath house, 3 stories w/ a basement suite with private entrance and kitchen.
Large Fenced yard, pet friendly (with deposit) lots of space and natural light, overlooking the Portland Yacht Club marina. Gas fireplace, central heat and air conditioning, new windows, new floors ect. Really great place.

Seeking stable, responsible likeminded individuals for potential sublet of one or more rooms or the suite.

I have a young daughter part time, we keep mostly ourselves, however I will require a background check. (I’m a reasonable human, if you’re not a scumbag you’ll probably be fine)
