You will have your own bathroom located directly across from your room, with no shared walls, as the rooms are situated on completely opposite sides, which is a great advantage to avoid disturbances.

All utilities are included, so you won’t need to stress about any extra expenses! Although parking isn’t provided, there is ample street parking available. If you prefer to park in a garage, it will cost an additional $ per month.
