ISO a male student seeking housing for this year? I have an immediate opening at The Current, which is currently sold out. This is a great opportunity to take over a lease right away!

My son has recently changed his major and is transferring to SDSU, so his spot is now available. The lease is for a D1 floor plan (4 bedrooms), where you'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, plus a shared living room and kitchen—perfect for privacy and comfort.

I have confirmed that we can easily release the lease back to The Current.
If you are currently on the waitlist or thinking about applying, taking over a lease is easier than starting a new one (we did this as well; it was very easy).
