Great BIG apt to share with 2 Cdn guys. Near Seneca College, express bus. Highways too. Bright and sunny, furnished and lots of kitchen stuff if you like to cook. Close to lots of grocery stores, major shopping centres. High speed fibre internet & heat/Air conditioning included. Free outside parking and paid underground parking. Nice balcony and pool in summer The larger Principal room has a washroom if that important to you and is MUCH larger. I'm and wfh and travel a bit so may be away often. My room mate works ALL the time and you probably won't see him much either. We both game a bit and I have Netflix, Prime, Disney etc. n
