Looking for a roommate to rent out one bedroom in my bath condo in Anaheim, about minutes from Disneyland. The room comes with your own full private bathroom.

The condo is sq ft and includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, and balcony. Everything else is shared (kitchen, living space, etc.).

All utilities and amenities are included in the rent — you won’t have to worry about splitting bills or extra costs. Just one flat monthly payment.

The vibe here is laid-back and drama-free. I’m not big on strict house rules — just looking for someone respectful, clean, and easy to live with.

Note: The central AC isn’t working, so you’d need to use a portable AC unit if needed.
