Hey there,
I have a spare room available for rent. It's on the ground level. It is unfurnished , and carpeted. Has it's own private bathroom and your own entry to the room/bathroom. The apartment is in a nice,  quiet, neighborhood and it is a gated community.
The rent includes internet,  electricity,  gas. If you want a private covered parking spot , its $/month or you can choose to park in the open uncovered spots.
There is a $ deposit.
I also require rental history and/or references.
I'd prefer a non-smoker. And someone who is mature, responsible and picks up after themselves.
*PS: Just moved from out of state , still yet to furnish the rest of the common areas. You are welcome to bring your stuff if you have any.
