I’m renting out the large second bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment. It has generous closet space and would be a good fit for a clean, orderly male, or older.

The apartment is on a high floor in an elevator building with no doorman. Street parking is free when available, and there are several paid garages nearby. The location is prime Upper West Side, about a -minute walk south of Columbia University. You’ll be close to Whole Foods, West Side Market, CVS, Duane Reade, bodegas, bars, restaurants, and other neighborhood shops.

Riverside Park is a -minute walk and offers free recreation facilities including tennis courts, pickleball, skate rinks, and soccer fields. Central Park is about a -minute walk away.

The rd Street station) is literally one minute from the building. Multiple bus lines run on the block, with about minutes to Lincoln Center and minutes to Midtown. There’s also a direct bus to LaGuardia Airport, free with a MetroCard. The West Side Highway is a -minute drive.

Rent includes all utilities: electricity, internet, and streaming TV (no cable). There are no extra charges.

The rental is month to month with a simple application process and a three-month minimum stay. No broker fee.
