Light yard work and light housekeeping required during that time. $ monthly, $ Security deposit. Must pass community background check $ non-refunded. Includes all utilities, wifi, TV, bed, closet, dressers, private bath. Laundry room, private hot-tub, 3 community pools workout room and seasonal activities. Across from the old Shell Factory in NFM.
We have 2 small well-behaved dogs so thats the Community limit, no other pets, sorry.
