Looking for a roommate in march!

Hello there! My current roommate is moving out and I am hoping to find someone to take over their spot on the lease in early March!

It’s a 2 bedroom apartment located downtown, $ monthly for rent, which includes utilities. You would have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. I do have a 2yr old cat who is very friendly and can be extremely affectionate if you allow her to.

I am a year old female, I work full time and I am home most evenings. I try my best to keep my apartment very clean and quiet so I am looking for a roommate who wants an apartment that is peaceful and comfortable. I enjoy drawing, crocheting, and baking!
