I’m offering a private room for short-term stays, ideal for travel nurses, interns, contract workers, or anyone relocating and needing a calm place to land.

The home is clean, quiet, and cozy, with a relaxed, respectful vibe. You’ll have your own private room, shared common spaces, and a peaceful environment that’s great after long workdays.

I’m flexible on length of stay and happy to host folks who are in town temporarily for work or transition. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, low-stress living situation, this could be a great fit. I have the room available in my apartment starting February 2nd.

It’s located in the Glencliff area of Nashville, which is very solid. Fifteen minutes to downtown, fifteen minutes to Brentwood, fifteen
minutes to Percy Priest Lake. I have pets, so you would need to come solo. Preferably female.
First Floor. Two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. First floor.
Brand new washer/dryer. Furnished room.

Three pools. New gym. Tennis courts. Quiet area. Gated community. Gazebo Apartments. (The last picture you see is the current tenant’s belongings but an idea of the furnishings) I will supply any needed extra furnishings at no extra cost.
