Looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom townhouse in San Marcos starting end of February. It has a private room with private bathroom. Has basic furniture like bed frame, mattress, and a closet. Can share the office space if needed. Has an interior car garage for one additional car. Neighborhood has a public swimming pool and grill.
Typical day (Mon to Wed) out for work till pm. Thursday and Friday work from home. Saturday and Sunday usually stay home.
