Female Roommate Wanted

Hello, please read entire description!!
I’m looking to find another female roommate that can do half-rent plus electric/water, everything else is included in the rent. I live next to the airport and the apartment comes with a nice private gym and a year-round pool. There’s also fire pits and grills around the lake as well. The room is the second bedroom of a 3 bedroom apartment and is the biggest of the 3. Comes with a large walk-in closet and attaches to the bathroom, so far no one lives in the third bedroom except the two cats I have. One is years old and the other is 7 months, they’re both very sweet and shouldn’t cause any problems I’ve just recently moved in myself so the apartment is pretty bare so you’re more than welcome to bring your own furnishings and I can even help you move
if needed. Photos are from online as someone is staying in the room for the meantime.
