2nd Bedroom w/separate private bath

Looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in a quiet community in the Garden Home area of SW Portland near Beaverton. Bedroom floor plan is 11ft x 11ft 9in. Shared spaces: living room, dining room, and kitchen. Utilities would be split evenly. I have a small mixed breed dog (Puggle, Chihuahua,?) who is friendly (sometimes over-enthusiastically). He can be seen photo-bombing in a few of the pictures. Ideally, you would be added to the current lease, which is through December 2026.
