Sublease Available Feb/March–September 2026 / Adobe Falls Condominums

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a spacious upstairs condo located at 5493 Adobe Falls Rd. The sublease would run from February/March through September 2026, with the option to renew once the lease ends. You would have your own room with a shared bathroom.

Rent: $1,100/month + utilities
Security Deposit: None (sublease)

The Space:
• Upstairs condo in a quiet, well-maintained community
• Laundry room onsite, located just downstairs from the unit
• Shared parking spot in rotation + plenty of street parking available
• Close to freeways, SDSU, Mission Valley, and local shops

Roommates & Vibe:
You’d be living with two college-aged engineers (one female, one male) who are extremely laid-back, friendly, and respectful. The apartment has a calm, easygoing environment. The most chill roomates I’ve ever had.

There is also a very sweet and beautiful cat named Cookie who lives in the unit.

Ideal Subleaser:
Looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. Students or young professionals are welcome.
