I am looking for someone to sublease my very nice bedroom (with their own private bathroom) in a four bedroom townhouse apartment near Grand Valley. This sublease will be from this January to this July. The monthly rent is $ which includes all utilities. Enrollment in classes is not required. There are many amenities and even a pool included.
