The two bedrooms share access to the upstairs kitchen, living room, and bathroom. This setup is ideal for a couple or two people looking to split rent while having a comfortable amount of space.

Important update: The upstairs will be fully available starting the 1st of next month, as a family currently staying in the attic will be moving out by the end of this month. After that, the upstairs — including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom — will be exclusively for the renters.

I live separately in the locked basement with dogs. The intention moving forward is for the upstairs and basement to function as separate, independent living spaces with clear boundaries and minimal overlap.

Laundry note: The washer and dryer are located in the basement and are not shared. A laundromat is conveniently located within 5 minutes.
