Looking for one more roommate to share this house with. The room is two hundred sq ft with plenty of space for everything you need. Utilities are included. The house is located in a perfect location for Temecula, not far from the wineries, Old Town, shopping stores, freeway, and there are lots of parks to walk or play activities.

I’m laid-back and respectful with experience living both independently and with roommates. This has taught me the importance and value of cooperation and responsibility. I’m easy to get along with and spend most of my time at work, the gym, going out, or when I am at home on the computer. I have a German Shepherd that is trained and a very good boy. Cleanliness and organization are important to me, and I take pride in maintaining a tidy living space. My goal is to create a comfortable and inviting home environment for myself and my roommates. There is one other roommate living here with a husky and we are looking for a third.
