Private room in our beautiful bath apartment in Manhattan Beach opening up on February 1st! Perfect spot for a flight attendant (because of how close we are to LAX) or those who work in the South Bay (Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, or Redondo Beach). $ per month, which includes internet, electricity, gas, and water.

Must be LGBT-friendly and Cat-friendly, as we are a gay couple with an year old cat.

Located on Manhattan Beach Blvd, one mile from the ocean! (It takes minutes to walk to the pier). Also within walking distance of a Target, Trader Joe's, and Ralph's.

The room is large and bright. We can provide a bed, if needed. We have previously used it as a lounge, which you can see in some of the photos. The size of the room is about feet wide by feet long. The room has a closet, ceiling fan, individual wall-mounted heating / AC unit, and large window.

You would have your own private bathroom, with a bath-tub, as well.

The building has a laundry room. Unfortunately, there is no private garage space available, but there is plenty of street parking available.

About us: We are a married gay couple, both around years old, with a cat. We both work from home. We have lived in this apartment for years. We are very friendly, clean, and mostly quiet. We usually wake up around am and go to sleep around am, so someone with a similar schedule would be ideal. We would welcome another cat, if you have one. Unfortunately, we cannot consider a dog at this time. We are also not considering couples or children.
