Hey! My name's Richard, me and my room mate Kat are looking to rent out our master bedroom. It's in a cozy house a block away from Glenwood Ave. It is a bedroom with two closets and an attached private bathroom. Rent is a month with a deposit, and utilities are usually around .

For the roommates, I'm Richard () and work from home and Kat () works at a restaurant during the day. We like to cook and she likes to host DND at the house once every other week.
