Hi :) I'm and currently work as the receptionist at a law firm & am an online student as well. I'm clean, calm, and definitely peaceful/quiet (sometimes people tell me just how much so, lol). No pets and I don't smoke or vape, and I'm fine with someone else's pets of any kind, just not them smoking/vaping inside/ right nearby. I am needing to move from where I am by either or at the latest . I'm looking for either a female roommate who could split a new apartment/rental, or a room & private bathroom available within someone's existing rental where the people who already live there would also be female only. Ideally !
need a relatively short term lease if at all possible such as months, or just some flexibility (I understand that those options can vary depending on the type of arrangement of course). My listed budget (was required field) may be a little more flexible soon as well by a tbd amount.
