We have a budget that can go a little above / month but not a lot. We are trying to save on our finances, which I'm sure everyone gets. Apartments are fine but we have 2 dogs so pets need to be allowed. They are both ESAs, if that matters anymore these days. So a house is preferred with a fenced yard...
I love a clean house as I have many allergies (including dogs) but I love them dearly as they were also both rescues. My husband and I love to cook and bake. We're mostly home bodies and old souls, so we're quiet tenants.
